I watched a bit of it but it seems like just a random discussion of memory use intermixed with abstruse Haskell mentions.

The C++ takedown video was amazing, this video seems like it was made by a person who couldn't gather their thoughts and just goes off on tangents. Is there a problem with the rust memory model? Is borrowing theoretically incorrect? What actually is the purported problem? I guess we won't know until they make a new structured video.

Sounds like we're supposed to get philosophical and metaphysical in our video analysis, as its lack of cohesive structure and borrowing memories from unrelated topics mimics Rust
