This is why they won't hold the AI companies accountable for terrorizing and hacking foreign countries.
They don't want to be accountable either.
If the AI is smart enough to be used to kill people then surely it should also be smart enough to command its own operations, right? Right!?
If its autonomous why does it need leaders.
